A business forum for new Canadians is being held March 26 at the Radisson Hotel on Riverside Drive West. Guest panelists include Theo Rallis, director of the Softech Alliance; Randal Charlton, director of Detroit's techtown business incubator, and Patrick Persichilli, vice-president of the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation.
